Can I amend my order?

 

If you would like to amend your order please email us at info@fasttrackcarpetsonline.co.uk or request a callback. Please note that you are only able to amend your order up to 24 hours before delivery. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my order?

 

You can make a return up to 14 days after your purchase, and we will refund you no longer than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Please see our returns and refunds page for details. If you have any questions regarding a return then please do not hesitate to contact us at info@fasttrackcarpetsonline.co.uk

 

Can I order free samples?

 

Yes, you can order free samples simply by clicking ‘add sample’ on the product page. We aim to dispatch your free samples within 1-2 working days. 

 

When will my order be delivered?

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. Delivery will usually take place between 8am and 5pm.

 

Why have I not received my order?

 

If you have not received your order after 5 working days then please contact us at info@fasttrackcarpetsonline.co.uk - we will ensure that you receive your missing order/items as soon as possible. 

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

 

No, unfortunately we only currently deliver to mainland UK. 

 

How much will my delivery be?

 

Delivery is FREE for all orders above £99. A £19.99 delivery change will be added to all orders below £99.
